Business development and truck dispatcher required

We're seeking a results-driven Truck Dispatching business developer and dispatchers to generate new business leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for our truck dispatching services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sale.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking
-Identify customers' logistics needs and offer tailored dispatching solutions
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
-Minimum one years of experience in sales, logistics, or a related field
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Offering:
-Commission and fixed based salary.
-Five days a week only for business development staff.
-Travelling allowance for female employees.
-Travel reimbursement for an interview.
