Key Responsibilities:
Handle all online inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, website forms, etc. )
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team
Coordinate internally to obtain accurate technical solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with recurring clients
Provide quick, professional, and clear responses to client queries
Understand client needs and doubts to pass detailed information to the technical team
Follow up with clients and nurture relationships to drive sales
Support in building trust and guiding clients toward purchase decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Quick learner willing to understand industrial safety products
Organized and detail-oriented
Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
Fluency in English and local language(s)
Prior B2B or industrial background will be considered a plus
