About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, confident in communication, and skilled at building trust with clients. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing deals, overcoming objections, and ensuring prospects move from interest to commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct sales calls with qualified leads provided by the team.
* Present company services/products in a compelling and professional manner.
* Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward decision-making.
* Build strong rapport with clients to increase conversion and retention.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM.
* Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to improve sales strategies.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in handling objections and high-ticket closing.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Experience with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, etc. ).
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in real estate, digital marketing, or related industries.
* Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
* Bilingual communication skills (a plus).
