Key Responsibilities:
Deal with walk-in and potential clients confidently and professionally
Conduct cold calls to generate new leads
Maintain sales records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office
Follow up with prospects to mature deals
Represent the housing society with good dressing sense and professional communication
(For Male Candidates Only): Visit nearby areas for marketing and lead generation
Requirements:
Education: Graduation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Target-oriented, hardworking, and confident personality
Real estate sales/marketing experience will be a plus
Salary Package: PKR 25,000 40,000 (based on experience and performance)
