Mövenpick Hotel Karachi is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, seamless check-in/check-out experience, and excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, inquiries, and customer concerns professionally.
Manage phone calls and provide accurate information about hotel services.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
